pressed garlic clove(s)
|Add to skillet.|
|salt and a little pepper||Season veggies and sauté until zucchini starts to soften.|
|diced red, green and/or yellow pepper|
fresh crushed thyme, oregano, and/or basil
bouillon and/or Aromat
|Add and continue cooking.|
|2-4 diced fresh tomatos||Add, cover, simmer about 10 minutes.|
Total cooking time: about 20 minutes. Goes great with rice and any white meat.
