| sliced zucchini pressed garlic clove(s) chopped onion | Add to skillet. |
| salt and a little pepper | Season veggies and sauté until zucchini starts to soften. |
| diced red, green and/or yellow pepper fresh crushed thyme, oregano, and/or basil bouillon and/or Aromat | Add and continue cooking. |
| 2-4 diced fresh tomatos | Add, cover, simmer about 10 minutes. |
Total cooking time: about 20 minutes. Goes great with rice and any white meat.
